A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Dates Of Order Completion And The Technical Specification Of The Equipment, Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Terms Of Reference.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Paid Insurance Policy Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, And In The Absence Thereof, Another Document Confirming Civil Liability Insurance (Oc) In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Contract, With A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than Pln 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Pln) For One And All Events During The Insurance Period. Civil Liability Insurance Should Cover Civil Liability In Tort And Contract For Personal And Property Damage And Their Consequences.
