The Subject Of The Order Are Services Consisting In Performing The Duties Of A Construction Supervision Inspector As Part Of Investors Supervision Over Construction Works Performed As Part Of Post-Consolidation Development Works In The Scope Covered By Projects Regarding Consolidation Of Land Located In The Jarosław District, Implemented Under The Rural Development Program For 2014-2020.2. The Subject Of This Order Was Divided Into 3 Parts Carried Out Under The Following Names: 1) Part No. 1: Supervision Of Post-Consolidation Development Works In The Scope Covered By The Project Entitled Consolidation Of Land Located In The Area Of ​​The Village Of Rzeplin, Pruchnik Commune Under The Rural Development Program For 2014-2020; 2) Part No. 2: Supervision Of Post-Consolidation Development Works In The Scope Covered By The Project Entitled Consolidation Of Land Located In The Area Of ​​The Village Of Wola Węgierska, Roźwienica Commune Under The Rural Development Program For 2014-2020;3) Part No. 3: Supervision Of Post-Consolidation Development Works In The Scope Covered By The Project Entitled Consolidation Of Land Located In The Area Of ​​The Village Of Jankowice, Chłopice Commune Under The Rural Development Program For 2014-2020.3. Part No. 1: Supervision Of Post-Consolidation Development Works Within The Scope Of The Project Entitled Consolidation Of Land Located In The Area Of ​​The Village Of Rzeplin, Pruchnik Commune Under The Rural Development Program For 2014-2020 Includes Supervision Of Construction Works, Which Include: 1) Updating, Construction And Reconstruction Of Access Roads To Agricultural And Forest Land And Access Roads To The Buildings Of Individual Consolidation Participants;2) Construction Of Culverts Under Roads With Reinforcements Of Inlets And Exits To The Plots;3) Construction, Renovation And Correction Of The Route Of Water Drainage Devices, I.E. Drainage Ditches And Drainage And Water Drainage Systems, As Well As Improvement Of Their Technical Parameters , Construction Of Fords On Streams Ensuring Access To Plots;4) Land Reclamation, Including The Removal Of High And Unnecessary Balks, Slopes And Fallow Areas, Ravines And Old Roads By Fertilizing Soil, Plowing And Harrowing, Anti-Erosion Protection And Removal Of Trees And Bushes;5) Other Works, Including: Relocating The Internet Pole, Building An Inspection Well, Carrying Soil And Strengthening The Slope, Leveling The Plot/Removing The Old Ditch, Clearing/Leveling The Area, Leveling And Rebuilding The Ditch, Constructing Covered Ditches, Drainage Of Arable Fields.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. The Scope Of Construction Works Subject To Supervision Under Part No. 1 Of The Order, Is Set Out In The Design And Technical Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 1.1 To Swz5. The Contractor / Supervision Inspector Will Be Obliged To: 1) Actively Participate In An Advisory Capacity In All Meetings/Conferences Convened By The Ordering Party Regarding The Implementation Of The Supervised Investment Task And Prepare Minutes Of Their Course Containing The Adopted Arrangements; 2) Provide The Ordering Party With The Minutes Referred To In Point 1 Above Signed By The Participants Taking Part In The Meetings/Conferences In Question, With The Exception Of The Ordering Partys Representatives. 3) Supervising Construction Works At Such Intervals To Ensure The Effectiveness Of The Supervision, 4) Arriving At The Construction Site/Meeting Place At Every Justified Request Of The Construction Manager Or The Ordering Party; 5) Providing The Ordering Party With Up-To-Date Information On The Status Of The Supervised Works; 6) Informing The Ordering Party In Writing About Emerging Threats During The Implementation Of The Supervised Works, And In Particular About The Circumstances That May Result In Improper Or Untimely Performance Of The Supervised Construction Works;7) Checking The Correctness Of Keeping The Construction Log And Making Entries In It Stating All Circumstances Relevant To The Assessment Of The Proper Execution Of The Works; 8) Giving Opinions On Proposals For Introducing Design Changes Presented By The Construction Manager; 9) Verifying And Signing Necessity Reports And Differential Comparative Cost Estimates In The Event Of Replacement Works Or The So-Called Additional Works; 10) Submitting Reports On The Progress Of Construction Works Supervised Under This Task; 11) Maintaining Photographic Documentation Of The Investment (State Before, During And After The Implementation Of A Given Element Of The Task), In Particular Works That Are Covered (E.G. Subfloor Or Foundation Expensive), Made Incorrectly Or Late. The Submission Of Photographic Documentation Will Take Place By The 10Th Day Of The Month Following The Month For Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit The Above Documentation To The Ordering Party, Including The Number Of The Road, Ditch Or Plot Number On Which The Recultivation Is Taking Place, In Electronic Form (Link To The Photograph, Cd, Dvd) Or Paper.6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Provisions Of The Swz, The Provisions Of Its Own Offer And The Conditions Specified In Detail In The Provisions Of The Draft Agreement, Constituting Annex No. 7.1 To The Swz.
