Technical Indicators Of The Building: Floor Space - 444.73 Sq. M; Ground Floor Underground - 445.40 Sq. M; Surface Area - 894.52 Sq. M; Total Built-Up Area - 1339.92 Sq. M. The Activities Envisaged In The Investment Project Are In Accordance With The Recommended Energy-Saving Measures In The Energy Efficiency Survey Carried Out. The Implementation Of The Planned Activities To Improve The Energy Efficiency Of The School And The Construction Of A Heat Pump Installation And A System For The Production Of Electrical Energy From Renewable Energy Sources For Own Consumption Will Provide An Opportunity To Create A Better Working Environment And Achieve The Priorities Of The European Union For Providing Clean And Green Energy. The Investment Intention Envisages The Introduction Of Energy Measures In Order To Improve The Energy Efficiency Class Of The Existing Building. According To The Project, Construction Activities Are Planned For: Thermal Insulation Of The Roof; Replacement Of Windows With 5-Chamber Pvc Windows, Double Glazing Of Low-Emission Glass With Heat Transfer Coefficient Λ = 1.4 W/M2k With Systems Of Pvc Profiles And Glass Windows; Replacement Of The Buildings Doors With Aluminum Window Frames With A Broken Thermal Bridge With A Heat Transfer Coefficient U Eq. = 1.70 W/M2k; Thermal Insulation Of External Walls; Interior Finishing Works - Treatment Of Walls, Floors And Ceilings; Changing The Heating With The Implementation Of An Inverter Air-Water Heat Pump System; And Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation For Own Needs.
