The City Council of Port Louis is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius through the Government eProcurement System for the Design & Construction of Cloakroom and Graded Seat at Serge Bardotier, Tranquebar 2. Participation shall be reserved to small contractors who: (a) have an annual turnover of 10 million rupees and above but not exceeding 30 million rupees; and (b) are registered as small contractors under the Construction Industry Development Board Act. 3. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: MCCPL/IFB/2024/311 4.Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest as per Key Activity Schedule 5. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as per Key Activity Schedule 6. Bids will be opened online as per Key Activity Schedule 7. The City Council of Port Louisreserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
