Must be a registered company in Galmudug state (Attach Certificate of Business Registration) 2. Valid Tax clearance from Ministry of finance Galmudug state 3. Valid tender board registration if applicable 4. Valid local government registration in any local government in Galmudug districts 5. Show proof of experience as a contractor in similar works of atleast 2 works of a nature and complexity equivalent to these works over the last 5 years(to comply with thisrequirement, works citedshould be at least 70 percent complete). Completion certificates are the only evidence required to prove certification of satisfactory completion of awarded works. Contractsmay only be attached forongoingones. 1.2 The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the World Vision will in not beresponsibleor liableforthosecosts. 1.3 Bidders are required to familiarize themselves with the site at their own cost before preparing and submitting this tender.
