Must be a registered company in Galmudug state (Attach Certificate of Business Registration) 2. Valid Tax clearance from Ministry of finance Galmudug state 3. Valid tender board registration if applicable 4. Valid local government registration in any local government in Galmudug districts 5. Show proof of experience as a contractor in similar works of atleast 2 works of a nature and complexity equivalent to these works over the last 5 years(to comply with thisrequirement, works cited should be at least 70 percent complete). Completion certificates are the only evidence required to prove certification of satisfactory completion of awarded works.
