Further Stage 2 of Snell Road Upgrade works includes construction of carparks near the two urupa along the Snell Road, construction of carpark at the harbour entrance, construction of harbour sealed maintenance road from harbour entrance carpark to the Opotiki Harbour Groynes for the maintenance of harbour and extension of Motu Trails shared use path to the harbour entrance.
