Due To The Activities Of The Customer Centers, The Aok - The Health Fund In Hesse Has The Following Core Hours: - Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. - Saturday From 9:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M. (Except On Public Holidays In Hesse And On December 24Th And 31St). The Subject Of This Tender Is To Ensure That The Client Can Be Reached By Telephone Outside Of Their Core Telephone Hours, And To Clarify Simple Questions And Issues As Well As To Provide General Information By The Contractor To Callers (For Details See Point 2.1.4 Of The Service Description Or . Appendix 01 Of The Application Conditions) Outside Core Times. In This Respect, The Contractor Assumes An Auxiliary Function To Fulfill The Clients Tasks In Accordance With Section 80 Sgb .
