Elevators On Each Floor; Disassembly Of The Existing Lift; Performance Of Demolition Works (Forging, Cutting Concrete, Demolition Of Partition Walls); Anchoring Of Structural Elements; Construction Of New Parts Of The Shaft, Walls And Ceiling; Modernization Of The Entire Shaft In Accordance With Currently Applicable Regulations;  Finishing Of Elevator Shafts In Accordance With Standards And Regulations;  Making The Necessary Installations In The Elevator Shaft And Ensuring Shaft Lighting And Power Supply To The Lift In Accordance With Currently Applicable Regulations;  Delivery Of A Brand New Lift With Equipment Consistent With The Description Included In The Functional And Utility Program;  Installation Of A Brand New Passenger Lift; - Performance Of All Construction Works Covered By The Scope Described In The Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party; - Installation Of Aluminum Joinery In The Entrance To The Elevator At Each Landing; - Performance Of Painting And Other Finishing Works; - Commissioning Of The Passenger Lift; - Carrying Out Electrical Measurements; Providing Technical Documentation Of The Lift (Dtr) With The Operation And Maintenance Manual Of The Lift Written In Polish; Carrying Out, Based On The Ordering Partys Authorization, Registration Of The Lift At The Office Of Technical Inspection And Obtaining A Decision Authorizing The Lift For Operation; Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees In The Scope Of Operation And Operation Of The Crane; Carrying Out Formal And Legal Activities Related To Obtaining An Occupancy Permit/Notifying The Completion Of Construction Works; Preparing As-Built Documentation (3 Copies); In Addition, The Order Includes: - Organization And Development Of The Construction Site, - Preparation Of A Bioz Plan, - Preparation Of A Detailed Material And Financial Schedule Of Works, Including Unit Prices, - Preparation Of As-Built Documentation In Two Copies, Including: Certificates, Technical Approvals, Declarations Of Conformity And Other Documents Allowing The Use Of Materials And Devices Along With Their List, Preparation Of An As-Built Map With An Inventory Of The Constructed Facilities And Utilities Network And Material And Financial Settlement, - Removal Of Post-Demolition Materials Suitable For Recovery To The Storage Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, - Performance Of All Other Works, Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.
