The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of A Residential Premises With A Change Of Use Into An Office Space In The City Hall Building. The Scope Of Work Also Includes The Existing Office Space Of The Building On The First Floor Of The Town Hall. As Part Of The Task, It Is Planned To Perform The Following Works, Described In More Detail In The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities Attached To The Procedure: • In Residential Rooms, All Elements Of Existing Equipment, Such As Lamps And Switches, Should Be Removed And Disposed Of. • Existing Wall And Floor Coverings Should Be Dismantled. • A Concrete Screed Is Planned On The Floor Along With New Cladding.• Tile Cladding Is Proposed In The Toilet.• Installation Of New Door Joinery.• Construction Of A New Electrical Installation In The Adopted Rooms.• In The Adopted Rooms And In The Existing Offices, Social Room, Toilets And On The New Led Lighting Fixtures Will Be Installed In The Corridor• A Central Heating System Will Be Installed In The Adapted Rooms, Connected To The Existing One In The Building. • New Radiators Will Be Installed. • An Additional Partition Wall Will Be Built In The Existing Offices, Creating Room 2.14. The Existing Door To Room 2.13 Will Be Dismantled Along With The Door Frame. The Door Opening To The Staircase Will Be Pierced. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order On The Basis Of The Technical Documentation Constituting An Annex To The Swz, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular In Accordance With The Construction Law. The Offer Should Also Include The Cost Of Securing The Renovated Space Against The Entry Of People Outsiders. While Renovation Works Are Being Carried Out On The Facility, Construction Works Will Be Carried Out Related To Separate Proceedings, Including: On The Construction Of An Elevator And An Elevator Shaft. Therefore, The Occupation Of The Square Next To The Town Hall Or Larger Deliveries Of Goods Must Be Coordinated With The Work Currently Being Performed On The Facility. The Cost Of Securing And Settling Utilities On Their Own. The Ordering Party Sets The Basic Warranty Period At 60 Months. The Types Of Materials And Devices Adopted (Indicated In The Technical Documentation) Were Used Only As Examples To Describe The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Entitled To Present In Its Offer Equivalent Materials And Devices With No Worse Parameters. The Contractor Should Define Their Parameters In Order To Demonstrate That They Meet The Conditions Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Equivalent Solutions, According To Their Definition, Must Have Parameters And Meet Standards No Worse Than The Products Given As An Example. Where The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Order By Reference To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, A Contractor Who Relies On Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Prove, By Attaching To The Offer, Appropriate Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
