Blacksmith Services Framework Agreement For Assembly And Forging Work For Stenlille Gaslager. The Client Is Seeking To Enter Into A Framework Agreement For Assembly And Forging Work For Stenlille Gaslager With Three Suppliers. Purchases Under The Framework Agreement Will Take Place In Accordance With Section 1.5 Of The Tender Conditions. When Establishing This Framework Agreement, The Ordering Party Wishes To Have The Opportunity To Procure Services In Connection With Both The Daily Operation And Maintenance At Stenlilles Gaslager, But Also In Connection With The Projects That Are Currently Is In Progress - Such As The Establishment And Assembly Of A New Plant And Modification Of Parts Of An Existing Plant - As Well As The Projects That Are To Be Carried Out At The Location In The Future. The Supplier Of The Framework Agreement Must Undertake To Make Qualified Personnel, Material And Equipment (Including Vehicles) Available For Carrying Out Tasks Within: - Welding - Assembly Of Steel And Pe Pipes, Tanks And Containers, Etc. For Natural Gas, Co2, Air And Brine With Design Pressure Up To 210 Barg - Nde - Inspection And Pressure And Leakage Test - Documentation Stenlille Gas Storage Is An Aquifer Storage With 14 Production Wells At 3 Different Well Sites In The Vicinity Of Stenlille. In Connection With Operation, Projects And Maintenance, Pipework Is Regularly Needed. For Further Details Regarding The Acquisition, Please Refer To The Annexes Belonging To The Tender Documents, Including Annex 2: Description Of Services (Doc. No. 23/08596-1). The Total Acquisition Is Purchased For A Period Of 4 Years From The Signature Of The Framework Agreement With The Possibility Of An Extension 1X4 Years. The Estimated Consumption During The Framework Agreement Period Is Expected To Amount To Dkk 32,000,000 For The Total Period Of 8 Years. The Estimate Is Based Partly On Historical Consumption Data In Relation To Operating Costs And Project Costs And Partly On A Forecast In Relation To The Future Establishment And Installation Of New And Existing Facilities. There Is Great Uncertainty Associated With The Forecasts For The Estimated Value Of The Future Projects At Stenlille Gaslager, As These Are Directly Influenced And Dictated By External Factors, And Undergo Rapid Change And Development. The Framework Agreement Can Be Extended Twice By 20% Of The Framework Agreements Total Value, Cf. Section 8.2 Of The Framework Agreement. This Would Expand The Value Of The Framework Agreement To A Maximum Of Dkk 44,800,000. The Consumption Can Only Be Regarded As An Estimate, And As A Result Is Not Binding On The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Is Not Bound By This Framework Agreement, And Can Thus Choose To Offer These Independently In Connection With Individual Acquisitions.
