Expression of Interest are invited for Design of New Climate Change Project The consultant(s) will be selected based on the following skills, experience, and qualifications: o Demonstrated experience and expertise in project design, using participatory and inclusive methodologies, in the international development context. o Strong knowledge and understanding of climate change issues and interventions, particularly in the context of Cambodia. o Proven ability to facilitate workshops and consultations with diverse stakeholders, including communities, partners, government, civil society, and donors. o Demonstrated ability to develop project logic or theories of change that provide a clear, evidence-based pathway for creating desired impact. o Excellent analytical and writing skills, with the ability to synthesise and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. o Fluency in Khmer and proficiency in English. 1.
