Tenders are invited for Improvement of District Border to Vitwa Bhusawal Jamner Fattepur Matola Khamgaon Road SH-44 Km 31/500 to 45/200 (Part - Faijpur to Jamner) Taluka - Bhusawal and Jamner, District - Jalgaon Tender Fees incl. GST (in INR) 11,800 The Detailed scope of work for the above packages is defined in the Bidding Document. Bidders may bid for one or several contracts, as further defined in the Bidding Document. The completion period for each package is 12 years (2 years as Construction period + 10 years as O&M including defect liability period). Bidders should have experience in rigid pavement roads, highways, expressways, bridges, tunnels, runways, construction / reconstruction of railway tracks, yards for keeping containers etc, metro rails and ports, construction / reconstruction of Jetties, any other linear infrastructure including bridges etc. as per details indicated in the Section 3 Evaluation and Qualification Criteria of the Bidding Documents. The Techno-Commercial part (First Envelope) shall be opened online on 15 April 2024 at 17:01 hours (IST). The schedule for opening of Price part (Second Envelope) shall be intimated separately, as per the Bidding Documents. 12. The Employer shall not be held liable for any delays due to system failure beyond its control. Even though the system will attempt to notify the Bidders of any bid update, the Employer shall not be liable for any information not received by the Bidder.
