The Subject Of The Order Is The Repair Of Municipal Roads With Dirt And Gravel Surfaces In The Morąg Commune In 2024 With A Mixture Of Natural Aggregate For Mechanical Stabilization (Fraction 0-31.5 Mm). The Order Will Consist In Delivering Natural Aggregate For Mechanical Stabilization (Fraction 0-31.5 Mm) To Indicated Places On The Road Within The Morąg Commune And Then Embedding This Aggregate In Places Where There Are Potholes, Ruts Or Depressions. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: The Mixture Of Natural Aggregate 0-31.5 Mm Spread In The Renovated Places Should Be Leveled To The Road Profile And Compacted With A Roller Or A Vibrating Compactor. The Mixture Should Be Suitable For The Construction And Repair Of Gravel Surfaces, I.E. Its Grading Curve Should Be Within The Limits Of The Good Grading Areas Curves Specified In The Technical Specifications For Gravel Surfaces. The Scope Of The Order Includes Partial Renovation With A Mixture Of Natural Aggregate 0-31.5 Mm In An Amount Of 1,000 Tons, And The Order Will Be Carried Out In Batches Of Approximately 18 To 108 Tons At A Time For The Indicated Road. For A Batch Of Natural Aggregate Mixture 0-31.5 Mm With An Amount Of Up To 108 Tons, The Renovation Should Be Carried Out Within A Maximum Of 48 Hours From The Moment Of Notification. For A Mixture Of Natural Aggregate 0-31.5 Mm From 108 To 216 Tons, Renovation Should Be Carried Out Within A Maximum Of 96 Hours From The Moment Of Notification. In Case Of Larger Quantities, Proceed In The Same Way (I.E. For Quantities Up To 108 Tons Of Mixture/Max. 48 Hours For Execution). The Order Will Be Processed Successively, Depending On Current Needs, Based On Telephone Or Written Orders Specifying The Quantity Of Aggregate. In Tons And The Place Of Renovation. After Completing The Ordered Part Of The Order, The Renovation Work Must Be Reported For Collection. The Submitted Partial Invoice Should Be Accompanied By An Acceptance Report For The Work Performed, Specifying The Quantity Of The Delivered And Installed Grout. The Amount Of Delivered And Incorporated Natural Aggregate Mixture 0-31.5 Mm Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Wz Documents Attached To The Work Acceptance Reports Specifying The Net Weight Of Individual Courses. The Submitted Offer Should Include The Gross Price For Partial Renovation With A Mixture Of Natural Aggregate 0-31.5 Mm In An Amount Of 1,000 Tonnes And The Unit Price For 1 Tonne. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In This Procedure Is Included In The Swz, Annex No. 7 To The Swz, I.E. Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Price Form And Template/Design Contract. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order On The Basis Of The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Swz Together With Annexes, Questions And Answers Provided During The Public Procurement Procedure, On The Basis Of The Contract And In Accordance With Applicable Detailed Regulations And Construction Practice. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. The Term Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features Means That The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements For Materials Or Devices Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Manufacturers Websites. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution.
