1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization And Expansion Of The Fire Alarm System (Ssp) And The Smoke Removal System Of Two Staircases, Including: Dismantling And Disposal Of The Old Ssp And Smoke Removal System, Delivery Of Brand New Materials And Devices, Installation And Commissioning Of The Signaling System Fire And Staircase Fumigation System, Fire Tests And Electrical Measurements In The Historic Building Of The District Office In Jelenia Góra At Ul. Podchorążych 15. 2. Building Of The District Office In Jelenia Góra At Ul. Podchorążych 15, Located On Plot No. 1/14 In Jelenia Góra, Is Protected As A Monument And Was Included In The Municipal Register Of Monuments (Gez) Of The City Of Jelenia Góra From January 31, 2022 As Part Of The Historical Development Complex Of Former Military Barracks Within The Area Of ​​Lwówek 18 And Podchorążych 15 In Jelenia Góra. It Is Also Located In The Area Of ​​The Protected Historical Development Complex Of The City And Suburbs Of Jelenia Góra And In The Ow Zone Of Archaeological Observation Of The Historical Development Complex Included In The Gez. Currently, The Partially Transformed Interiors Include, Among Others: Office Rooms Of The District Office In Jelenia Góra, The District Labor Office In Jelenia Góra And The District Family Assistance Center. The Building Has Incomplete Protection Of The Fire Detection And Alarm System, Which Often Fails. In Order To Eliminate This State Of Affairs And Cover The Entire Facility With Ssp Protection, The Old Ssp System Will Be Replaced With A New One, Covering All Rooms (Except Sanitary Rooms), Excluding Fire Alarm Transmissions Between The Building Of The District Office In Jelenia Góra And The Alarm Receiving Center Of The Municipal Fire Brigade Headquarters. In Jelenia Góra. In Order To Ensure The Proper Operation Of The Entire Fire Protection System, The Smoke Exhaust System For Two Staircases Will Also Be Modernized. From The Building At Ul. Podchorążych 15, Which Houses Several Departments Of The District Office, Pup, Pcpr And The District Center For Geodetic Documentation And Cartography, Is Used By Many Not Only The Inhabitants Of The Karkonosze District, But Also People Visiting The District - Whether For Private, Business Or Official Purposes, Therefore, It Is Necessary To Ensure The Safety Of Employees And Visitors To The Building, While At The Same Time Protecting And Preserving The Heritage Of The Historic Barracks Building At Ul. Cadets In Jelenia Góra.3. Scope Of Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order: 1) Dismantling Of The Old Ssp And Smoke Removal System Installation; 2) Disposal Of Materials And Devices Of The Dismantled Systems; 3) Delivery Of Brand New Materials And Devices Covered By The Order, Free From Any Defects; 4) Installation Of A Fire Alarm System And Fumigation System For Two Staircases;5) System Activation, Setup, Testing (Conducting Fire Tests);6) Connection Of The Fire Alarm Transmission System Between The Fire Alarm Control Panel And The Rc4000r Transmitter In Order To Transmit The Fire Signal To The State Fire Service Unit In Jelenia Góra;7) Protection The Ordering Partys Workplaces, Against Damage And Dust, In Particular Office Equipment Located In The Place Covered By The Order;8) Performing Electrical Measurements;9) Providing Declarations Of Conformity, Attestations, Certificates And Other Documents Confirming The Approval Of The Materials Used For Use In Construction And Meeting The Requirements Contained In In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works. Note: The Scope Of The Task Does Not Include The Delivery And Installation Of Smoke Exhaust Windows In The K1 And K2 Staircases (The Existing Windows Were Adopted And Should Be Equipped With New Actuators), As Well As The Doors Separating The Staircases (The Existing Ones, Which Meet The Requirements Of Fire Protection Requirements).4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order/Scope Of Work Necessary To Be Performed Can Be Found In The Design And Technical Documentation, Which Consists Of: 1) Technical Design - Constituting Annex No. 5A To The Swz; 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - Constituting Annex No. 5B To The Swz;3) Bill Of Quantities - Constituting Annex No. 5C To The Swz;4) Bill Of Quantities (Information Board) - Constituting Annex No. 5D To The Swz;5) Description Of Requirements For Execution , Delivery And Installation Of The Information Board - Constituting Annex No. 5E To The Swz. Note: Bills Of Quantities Are Auxiliary Elements For Calculating The Lump Sum Price Of Works. Possible Errors In The Above. Documents Will Not Constitute The Basis For The Contractors Claims Against The Ordering Party. Note: All Documents Constituting The Design And Technical Documentation Used To Describe The Subject Of The Order Are Binding. The Drawings And The Descriptive Part Of The Documentation Are Complementary Documents.5. The Rules For The Implementation And Settlement Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Agreement, Which Constitutes Annex No. 4 To The Terms Of Reference.6. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide: 1) A Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract; 2) Warranty For Defects In The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract (Identical To The Warranty Period, Referred To In Point 1). Note: The Warranty Period Referred To In Section 6 Point 1, Is One Of The Scoring Criteria For The Evaluation Of Offers, Hence The Contractor May Extend The Offered Warranty Period - On The Terms Set Out In Section Xxvi Of The Terms Of Reference. In Such A Situation, The Warranty Period For Defects Will Be Automatically Extended By The Extended Warranty Period. The Maximum Offered Warranty Period, Which Will Be Assessed By The Ordering Party As Part Of One Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria, Is 60 Months. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Will Periodically Inspect Fire Alarm Systems And Staircase Smoke Removal Systems At His Own Expense.
