The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization And Expansion Of The Fire Alarm System (Ssp) And The Smoke Removal System Of Two Staircases, Including: Dismantling And Disposal Of The Old Ssp And Smoke Removal System, Delivery Of Brand New Materials And Devices, Installation And Commissioning Of The Signaling System Fire And Staircase Fumigation System, Fire Tests And Electrical Measurements In The Historic Building Of The District Office In Jelenia Góra At Ul. Podchorążych 15. 2. Building Of The District Office In Jelenia Góra At Ul. Podchorążych 15, Located On Plot No. 1/14 In Jelenia Góra, Is Protected As A Monument And Was Included In The Municipal Register Of Monuments (Gez) Of The City Of Jelenia Góra From January 31, 2022 As Part Of The Historical Development Complex Of Former Military Barracks Within The Area Of ​​Lwówek 18 And Podchorążych 15 In Jelenia Góra. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide: 1) A Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract; 2) Warranty For Defects In The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract (Identical To The Warranty Period, Referred To In Point 1).
