The Subject Of The Contract Is The Repair And Maintenance Of The City Monitoring System Of The Monitoring System Maintenance Facility, Consisting Of Camera Points (Pk) Located In 18 Districts Of Warsaw, Intermediate Points (Pp) - Ensuring Transmission Capabilities For Forward Pks, And A Fiber Optic And Radio Network Along With Devices Located In Local Viewing Centers (Co), The Capital Police Headquarters (Ksp) And The Monitoring System Maintenance Department (Zosm). The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1. Removing Failures Occurring In Pk Based On The Service Request Submitted By The Ordering Party,2. Carrying Out Fault Diagnosis Of A Given Camera Point (Pk),3. Maintaining The Continuous Operation Of The Video Monitoring System, And In The Event Of A Failure, Taking Action To Remove It,4. Performing Maintenance And Minor Repairs In Camera Cabinets Found During The Removal Of Failures In A Given Pk,5. Removing Pk Failures Caused By External Forces Or Third Parties (Camera Damage),6. Ad Hoc Protection Of The Monitoring System Infrastructure That Poses A Threat To Health And Life (Camera Cabinet, Broken Camera, Etc.) That Has Suffered Mechanical Damage (E.G. The Camera Cabinet Being Overturned And Destroyed By A Vehicle, Vandalism, External Forces, Etc.) 7. Cameras Delivered To Zosm Ul. M ynarska 43/45, In The Event Of A Failure Resulting From Damage To The Camera (The Camera Has A Warranty), 8. In The Event Of A Failure Related To Camera Damage (Post-Warranty), The Contractor Will Carry Out A Diagnosis And, For Any Damage That He Is Able To Remove, He Will Repair It In Accordance With The Table.
