The Subject Of The Order Is The Repair Service For Renewing The Prs Class Of The Konstelacja Floating Unit. 2. Scope Of Work: • Docking The Unit, • Work Related To Keeping The Unit In Operation, Performing All Repairs And Maintenance Works, Such As: Washing The Hull, Replacing Passive Hull Protection Protectors (Floats), Rudder Fins, Thruster Tunnels, Ice Chests And Wells Lowering The Multi-Beam Probe, • Cleaning The Hull Tanks, • Sandblasting The Underwater And Above-Water Hull And Rudder Fins, • Measuring The Thickness Of The Hull Plating, Bulkheads And Reinforcements, Decks, Thruster Tunnels, • Painting The Underwater Part Of The Hull And Rudder Fins, Painting The Above-Water Part, Painting Markings On The Hull, Painting The Main Deck, Superstructure, Mast And Railings, • Extending The Sanitary Water Intake Point To The Stern Deck (Outside) With Valves Enabling Water To Be Drained For The Winter, • Modification Of The Entrance Gangway, • Inspection Of Rudder Shafts, Fins And Shafts And Propellers, Inspection Of Thrusters, • Renovation Of Bottom And Side Fittings, • Maintenance Of The Anchor Chain And Chain Chamber, • Dismantling Of The Sea Water Desalination Device Assembly, • Performing Tightness Tests Of All Weather-Tight Doors, • Modifying The Ventilation Of The Pb Unit In Accordance With The Description In The Specification Repair, • Post-Verification Reconstruction Of The Hydraulic System - Left And Right Main Engine Rooms, • Carrying Out A Load Test Under The Suspended Weight Of The Stern Gantry, • Moving The Autopilot Control Panel From The Console Above The Captains Seat To The Horizontal Console/Control Table, • Purchase And Replacement Of 14 Pieces Of Batteries (Starting Batteries Sg, Port Generator, Starting Zp, Utility And Radio), • Calibration Of Tanks (Bottom Lb And Pb Fuels, Gray Water And Feces), • Performance Of Electrical Mega-Certification. 3. All Works Are To Be Performed Under Prs Supervision. 4. Order Completion Date: 100 Calendar Days From The Date Of Handing Over The Unit For Renovation. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
