This refresh includes consideration to: · Update fixed furniture and fittings within the chambers. · Update the Audio/Visual solution used for meetings of the Council. · Include capabilities for livestreaming of Council meetings, including preproduction, in-meeting, and postproduction support. · Include software support for Council meetings. We are open to organisations working together to submit joint responses or organisations submitting responses that meet some of, or all, the requirements set out in the request. We encourage respondents to submit proposals with various packages and pricing options to accommodate different budgets and capabilities.
