The Planned Investment Must Comply With The Recommendations Of The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), The Draft Contract And Swz With Annexes. 2) Stage Ii - Construction Works: Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works, Including Putting The Tanks Into Operation Based On The Design Documentation. Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Acceptance Of Works And Obtaining Permission To Use The Investment Facilities.
