The Subject Of The Order Is: 1. Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation And Execution Of Construction Works Including The Creation Of A Tourist And Recreation Center Through The Renovation Of Golejów, In The Design And Build System.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Stage I - Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, I.E. Execution Of Design Work, Covering The Scope Of Planned Construction Works, In Accordance With The Scope Described In The Functional And Utility Program (Constituting An Annex To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order) Along With Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Permits, Including Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works Or A Decision On A Building Permit, If Required, And The Scope Of Work Indicated In Point 4 Below.2) Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works Resulting From The Functional And Utility Program, In Accordance With The Developed And Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party, Excluding The Scope Of Stage 2 Marked In The Pfu Development Concept, And: A) Surveying Services, Including The Preparation Of An As-Built Inventory (Applies To Cases Required By Law), B) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation (Which Includes, Among Others, Incl. Protocols, Operation And Maintenance Instructions For The Installed Devices, Approval Certificates, Approvals And Operating Instructions For The Installed Devices, Information On The Granted Warranty, Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory, Operation And Use Instructions For The Facility(S), C) Carrying Out Adjustments And Technological Start-Up Along With Handing Over New Installations For Operation, D) Training Users In The Scope Of Newly Installed Devices, E) Making And Placing An Information And Commemorative Board About The Sources Of Financing For The Task, F) Handing Over A Facility Suitable For Use To The Ordering Party And The Scope Of Work Indicated In Point 5 Below.3. Stage I Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Point 2(1) Includes In Particular: 1) Obtaining The Necessary Materials (E.G. Maps For Design Purposes), 2) Agreeing The Final Version Of The Construction Design With The Ordering Party, 3) Preparing Design And Cost Estimate Documentation ( Also In An Electronic Version - On A Dvd/Pendrive With Data Carriers In Pdf Format - In The Quantity Of 1 Copy), Hereinafter Referred To In The Contract As Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Including In Particular: A) Design Documentation (Construction Design Covering All Industries) - In Quantity 5 Copies In Paper Version, B) Bill Of Quantities And Investors Cost Estimate - 2 Copies Each In Paper Version, C) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works - 1 Copy In Paper Version, 4) Obtaining Necessary Decisions And Opinions And Arrangements Necessary To Notify The Intention To Perform Construction Works/Obtain A Building Permit, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Required To Proceed With The Implementation Of The Task In Question, 5) Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works/Obtaining And Delivering A Final Decision On A Building Permit, 6) Other Necessary Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of Stage I Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. Stage Ii Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Point 2 Subpoint 2) Includes In Particular: 1) Demolition And Preparatory Works, 2) Construction Of Cubature Facilities With The Necessary Installations And Connections Serving The Swimming Pool, Camping Site And The Wilga Center, I.E. .:- Sauna Building With Changing Rooms, Showers And Toilet, - Frame Building (Container) With A Room For Lifeguards Connected To The Part For Water Equipment Rental, - Construction Of A Warehouse, - Construction Of A Gazebo, - Construction Of A Turnkey Recreation House For 4 People, Intended For For The Reception Desk - 1 Pc., - Construction Of Turnkey Recreational Houses For 6 People - 3 Pcs. 3) Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Existing Community Center Building, 4) Development Of The Existing Wilga Center In The Scope Of: - Replacement Of The Fence, - Construction Of Communication Routes And Places Parking Spaces, - Reconstruction And Expansion Of Underground Technical Infrastructure - Construction Of Water, Sewage And Electricity Connections With The Possibility Of Expansion At Later Stages.5) Reconstruction Of The Existing Promenade (Promenade) On The Section From The Bridge To The Swimming Pool, Along With Reconstruction Of Lighting - With The Adaptation Of The Structure To The Kr1 Road Category. 6) Construction Of New Communication Routes - Access To The Wilga Center And The Campsite.7) Construction Of An Educational Path.8) Construction Of A Fishing Pier.9) Renovation Of The Existing Bridge - In Terms Of Replacing Existing Energy-Consuming Barriers.10) Preparation Of Underground Technical Infrastructure For The Renovation And Reconstruction Of The Existing One Camping Site - Construction Of Water Supply, Sewage And Electricity Connections Enabling Waste Disposal For Camping Cars At Later Stages, 3 Electricity And Water Collection Points. 11) Construction Of A Mini Playground. 12) Construction And Reconstruction Of External Networks, Water Supply And Sewage Connections And Installations , Energy, Telecommunications And Video Monitoring.13) Purchase And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements: Benches, Waste Bins, Information And Manipulation Boards, Lamps (Lighting The Promenade, The Wilga Center, The Camping Site), Picnic Tables With Benches, In Accordance With The Developed By The Ordering Party Pfu.14) Other Necessary Works To Guarantee The Proper Execution Of Stage Ii Of The Subject Of The Order. The Order Will Be Implemented With The Use Of Funds From The Polish Government Fund: Strategic Investment Program - Edition 1. Detailed Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Order Are Also Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 12 Of The Swz. The Contractor Will Provide A Guarantee And Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract For A Minimum Period Of 48 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of This Order. Note: The Warranty And Warranty Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers. Detailed Information On The Method Of Evaluation Of Offers Is Included In Point 21 Of The Swz. The Order In Question Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And The Conditions Contained In The Swz. The Ordering Party Does Not Require: - The Contractor To Conduct An On-Site Visit Or, - The Contractor To Check The Documents Necessary For The Execution Of The Order Available At Place At The Ordering Partys. Note: It Is Recommended To Familiarize Yourself With The Area Covered By The Subject Order. Order Completion Date: 420 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Including Completion Of The First Stage Within 150 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract.
