1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of The Dziekan w Polski Volunteer Fire Department Watchtower Along With Equipment, Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Task No. 2023/19 Entitled Development Of A Design For The Construction Of A Station Of The Dziekan w Volunteer Fire Department On Plot 197/442. The Construction Of The Watchtower Is Planned To Be Carried Out On Plot No. 197/44 Located In Dziekan w Nowy. The Plot Is Owned By The omianki Commune. The Plot Is Covered By A Spatial Development Plan. 3. As Part Of The Specific Order, The Contractor Will Prepare Documentation Taking Into Account In Particular: Stage I: 1) Development Of Two Preliminary Concepts Of The Facility, Differing In Terms Of The Functional, Spatial And Material Solutions Used, 2) Based On The Selected Preliminary Concept, Development Of A Multi-Sector Concept, Taking Into Account The Recommendations And Comments Of The Ordering Party. Stage Ii: 1) Construction Design: A) Development Plan, B) Architectural And Construction, C) Technical, 2) Investors Cost Estimate For The Construction Of The Building, 3) Bill Of Quantities By Industry, Showing The Components In The Order Of Technological Execution In Connection With To The Developed Detailed Technical Specifications, 4) Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And A Reference To Their Content), 5) Other /E.G. Designs For Removing Possible Conflicts With Engineering Utilities And Land Development, Designs For Technical Infrastructure Connections, Traffic Organization Design/, Studies In Accordance With Applicable Requirements, Taking Into Account The Purpose Of The Study, I.E. Obtaining A Decision On A Building Permit, 6) Supplementing The Gaps Upon Request Of The Starosty After The Ordering Partys Approval No Later Than 2 Business Days Before The Expiry Date Of The Request, 7) Obtaining A Valid Building Permit. Stage Iii: 1) Multi-Discipline Executive Documentation, 2) Documentation Of The Facilitys Equipment Along With A Description And Cost Estimate, 3) Design Documentation Using Technology Bim,4) Creating A Visualization Enabling Printing In 1.8 X 3.0 Format.
