Tenders Are Invited For Renovation Of Playground Equipment On Municipal Playgrounds, Renovation, Assembly And Disassembly Of Technical Devices (Small Architecture) - Part 1 And Maintenance Of Fountains, Street Springs And Brine Graduation Towers - Part 2

1. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Obligations Of The Contractor: 1) Ongoing Maintenance Of Playground Equipment, Outdoor Gym Equipment And Street Workout Sets 2) Replacing Sand In Sandboxes3) Ongoing Maintenance Of Technical Devices (Landscape Architecture Elements)2. Additional Provisions Related To The Execution Of The Order: 1) The Contractor Shall Be Liable For Any Damage Caused By His Fault (Including Incorrectly Performed Works Covered By The Contract, Failure To Exercise Due Care Or Failure To Comply With The Ordering Partys Comments) On The Technical Facilities Covered By The Contract And Any Possible Damage To The Existing Infrastructure And Trees Or Greenery. 2) The Costs Of Transporting The Equipment From The Base To The Work Site And Back Are Borne By The Contractor; 3) Carrying Out Inspections Of Playground Equipment, Outdoor Gym Equipment, Street Workout Sets And Street Furniture Elements Covered By The Warranty. As Part Of The Activities Performed, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Check The Technical Condition Of The Devices And, If Necessary, Perform Basic Activities Consisting Of Tightening Loose Screws And Nuts And Possibly Supplementing Them, Lubricating The Bearing Elements In Accordance With The Operating Rules. In Case Of Any Identified Damage To The Elements Covered By The Warranty, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Immediately Inform The Ordering Party And Provide A Photo Of The Damaged Element For The Purpose Of Reporting A Complaint To The Company Implementing A Given Investment/Retrofitting Of Municipal Facilities; 4) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure Emergency Duty From 6:00 A.M. To 10:00 P.M. Every Calendar Day In Order To Remove Damage That May Threaten The Safety Of Users Of Playgrounds And Other Recreational Areas Managed By The Department Of Environmental Protection And Agriculture Of The City Hall, Reported By The City Guard Or The Ordering Party.5) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Proceed And Eliminate Any Damage That Threatens The Health Or Life Of Users (No Later Than Within ... Hours - From The Moment Of Receiving A Telephone Or E-Mail Notification From The City Guard Or The Ordering Party. By Intervention Works He Means Removal Of The Damage Indicated In Point 4; - (Assessed Value - In Accordance With The Submitted Offer In The Offer Evaluation Criterion, The Date Of Commencement Of Intervention Works)6) If It Is Impossible To Repair The Playground Equipment, Outdoor Gym Equipment And Street Workout Set, Immediately After Receiving The Notification, The Contractor Is Obliged To Will Be To Properly Secure The Fault By Securing Such An Object With Warning Tape (White And Red) And Posting Information That The Device Is Out Of Order And Its Use Is Prohibited. In Some Cases, It Will Be Necessary To Dismantle Part Of The Damaged Device; 7) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out Renovations And Repairs Of Damage Resulting From The Works Covered By The Subject Of This Contract; 8) The Deadline For Undertaking Intervention Works Is Up To Two Hours From The Moment Of Receiving The Notification From The Ordering Party Or The City Guard On Duty; 9) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Store Playground Equipment, Outdoor Gym And Street Workout Equipment And Small Architecture From Dismantling For The Duration Of The Contract Or Until The Ordering Party Confirms The Possibility Of Its Liquidation;3.
