The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Removal Of Archival Documentation Packed By The Ordering Party Using Boxes, Hereinafter Referred To As Packages, From The Ordering Partys Storage Rooms. 2) Loading Onto Means Of Transport And Transporting Archival Collections To The Place Of Disinfection 3) Disinfection Of Collections In A Fumigation Chamber Using A Disinfection Gas Called Gaz-S9, Which Is A Mixture Of Ethylene Oxide (Eto) With A Concentration Of 9% And Carbon Dioxide With A Concentration Of 91% (Proportion 1 :9), In Conditions Of Reduced Pressure In The Chamber Of Approx. 100 Mbar, Gas Pressure In The Chamber Of Approx. 750-800 Mbar, Increased Temperature (Max. 35 C) And Relative Humidity (Approx. 55%), Proper Disinfection Duration Min. 36 Hours At An Ethylene Oxide Concentration Of 150/200Mg/M3. 4) Performing Microbiological Tests Of Archival Collections After Disinfection. 5) Transport Of Collections From The Disinfection Site To The Ordering Partys Headquarters. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Send Part Of The Disinfected Collections To The State Archives In Suwa ki.6) Transferring And Arranging The Collections Of Documents In The Final Storage Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party, Maintaining The Registration Order Established By The Ordering Party In Which They Were Received From The Ordering Party.7) From The Moment Of Removing The Package From The Shelf Until The Moment The Contractor Places The Package In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Fully Liable To The Ordering Party For A Given Package. The Contractors Liability Ends When The Ordering Partys Authorized Representatives Sign The Return Protocol For Each Package.
