Registration of Interest (ROI) for Roi - Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Services, And Plumbing Contract Open Date: Thursday, 29 February 2024 1:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Close Date: Tuesday, 26 March 2024 12:00 PM (Pacific/Auckland UTC+13:00) Tender Type: Registration of Interest (ROI) Tender Coverage: Sole Agency Regions: Wellington Required Pre-qualifications: None Overview: Parliamentary Service (PS) is looking to engage a Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Services, and Plumbing (M&E) supplier to undertake all planned, reactive, and statutory maintenance for all the assets associated with the operational undertaking of the Parliament Precinct. Parliament Precinct (Precinct) consists of the Executive Wing (Beehive), Parliament House, Parliament Library, and all associated infrastructure (i.e., underground carparking, all hard surfaces including fixed and mobile bollards). The term of the contract will be an initial five-year term, plus two rights of renewal, for up to two years and then one year respectively (5+2+1 = 8 years maximum). During this term, it is envisaged that the scope of the contract will increase to include the new assets currently under development. This contract also includes the potential for the management of planned asset replacement and minor projects PS is now releasing Stage One - ROI and we are looking forward to receiving your response.
