The Client Intends To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With Up To 3 Suppliers For The Hire Of Event Technical Equipment And Staffing For Various Events Under The Auspices Of Sandnes Municipality. Sandnes Municipality Holds Many Different Types Of Events Every Year, From Small To Large Events Indoors And Outdoors. This Involves Conferences And Professional Days, Meetings, Receptions, Commemorations, Cultural And Sporting Events. Organizers Can Be Departments And Units Across The Entire Municipal Operation. The Need Will Vary And Change Over Time, But Among Established Events That Are Expected To Be Repeated Annually, The Following Can Be Mentioned: 17 May, Childrens City, Sandvedparkfestivalen, Culture School Festival, Generation Games, 8 May, And The Adventure Trail And Christmas Market At Varatun Farm. It Is Expected That The Supplier Can Handle The Scope For 17 May 2024. Estimated Annual Contract Value Is Nok 1,000,000 Ex Vat. And The Total Contract Value For The Agreement Could Be In The Order Of Nok 4,000,000 E.G. Vat. Total Maximum Value For The Entire Agreement Period Is Between Nok 4,000,000 6,000,000 Ex. Vat. This Is An Estimate And Shall Not Entail Any Obligations For The Client Or Rights For The Supplier. The Agreement Does Not Affect Ongoing Framework Agreements, E.G. For The Installation Of Av Equipment Or Technical Services At Sandnes Art And Culture House. Sandnes Art And Culture Center Is Otherwise Excluded From This Framework Agreement.
