1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Speedway Roads.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Scope Of Works: 1) Removal Of The Fertile Layer Using Bulldozers/Graders, 2) Construction Of A Trough With A Maximum Depth Of 12 Cm, 3) Transportation And Unloading Of Excess Soil Over A Distance Of 1 Km, 4) Laying A 12 Cm Thick Surface Made Of Blast Furnace Slag And Compaction, 5) Mechanical Leveling Of The Area For The Road By Cutting Off Unevenness, Displacement Of Excavated Material, Filling Of Depressions And Rolling, 6) Surface Consolidation Of Road Surfaces With Asphalt Emulsion, 7) Making A Single Reinforcing Layer With An 8 Cm Thick Asphalt Cutter, 8) Making Cuts In The Asphalt Road In Places Previously Designated, Chipping Or Milling The Mass In The Place Of Damage And Cleaning The Damaged Place, Detaching The 10-Centimeter Top Layer Of The Foundation Heavily Contaminated With Soil, Cleaning And Strengthening It By Laying A New Layer Of Crushed Stone 10 Cm Thick, Or Leveling Places With Losses Of Crushed Stone To Required Grade, Spreading A 5 Cm Thick Mineral And Bitumen Mixture, Mechanically Compacting The Mixture Using A Roller Or A Vibrating Plate, Smearing The Edges Of The Renovated Area With Asphalt Emulsion And Sprinkling With Aggregate, Cleaning Up The Work Site And Removing Rubble, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012. On Waste And The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities, 9) Milling Of The Old Surface Made Of Reclaimed Asphalt, 5 Cm Thick, With Removal Of Demolition Material Over A Distance Of 1 Km.3. The Scope Of Work Based On The Ordering Partys Orders, Resulting From Its Needs, According To The Template Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template.4. Dates For Commencing Work On The Basis Of Orders Received From The Ordering Party, Specifying The Performance Of Work Specified In § 1 Section 2 Of The Contract Template: 1) Commencing The Commissioned Works: A) Within The Time Declared By The Contractor In The Offer, Counting From The Date Of Submitting The Order To The Contractor, B) The Maximum Time For Commencing The Commissioned Works Cannot Be Longer Than 7 (Seven) Days From The Date Of Submitting The Order. , C) The Order Will Be Transferred Each Time At The Ordering Partys Registered Office, And If This Is Not Possible, It Will Be Sent By E-Mail.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Completed Work Specified Each Time In The Order According To The Template Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract Template For The Period Declared In The Offer, Not Shorter Than 3 (Three) Months, In Accordance With The Warranty Conditions Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Template Contracts. If Defects Detected During The Warranty Period Are Not Removed, The Ordering Party Will Commission Another Contractor To Repair Them. The Ordering Party Will Charge The Contractor With The Costs Of Removing Defects Discovered During The Declared Warranty Period.6. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, As Well As The Arrangements Resulting From The Contract Template. The Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Swz And Its Annexes And Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described Therein.
