The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Functional And Utility Program Along With An Initial Concept And Calculation Of The Planned Costs Of Design Works And Planned Costs Of Construction Works For The Investment Task: Adaptation Of A Building Located In Bytom At Ul. Smolenia 20 Intended For The Needs Of A Municipal Kindergarten And A Nursery Department. The Above Documentation Will Be Used To Initiate Public Procurement Proceedings For The Performance Of Construction Works In The Design-Build System. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annex To Swz.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform A Key Part Of The Order. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of This Order.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Procedure Into Parts Because The Subject Of The Order Is Limited To Preparing Documentation For One Investment Task Covering One Building. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Indicates That The Value Of The Contract Was Estimated At A Level Not Exceeding The Eu Threshold And The Terms Of The Contract Were Set At A Minimum Level. The Order Is Therefore Fully Available To Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises. Moreover, This Order Is One Of The Parts Constituting Separate Procedures For Design Services.
