Office Cleaning Services – Cleaning And Maintenance Services For Carl Headquarters. The Framework Agreement With Maximum Is Entered Into In Application Of Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 To R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. This Is A Composite Framework Agreement Corresponding Partly To A Framework Agreement And Partly To An Ordinary Market. The Flat-Rate Portion Is Treated At A Global And Flat-Rate Price With Regard To Current Services. These Are Recurring And/Or Regular Cleaning Interventions Aimed At Maintaining The Hygiene And Cleanliness Of The Sites Included In The Contract (Premises, Furniture, Household Appliances, Sanitary Facilities And Glazing, Etc.). It Will Result In The Issuance Of Purchase Orders For One-Off/Exceptional Services Such As The Restoration Of Premises Before The Delivery Of New Equipment, Additional Cleaning Of Windows, Washing Of Interior Walls, Additional Services As Part Of A Pandemic Plan.
