Tenders are invited for Enabling PPP Ambiguity Resolution in Satellite and Terrestrial Frequency-Varying Carrier-Phase Signals - Expro+. The objective of the activity is to define, implement, and test algorithms for enabling precise point positioning with integer ambiguity resolution (namely PPP-AR) in carrier-phase signals with transmitter-dependent wavelengths, such as those broadcast by Low-Earth-Orbit (LEO) communication satellites or 5G transmitters. This is accompanied by the development of a proof-of-concept demonstrator that is able, first, to determine network-based corrections for GNSS/LEO/5G transmitter-related biases and, second, to conduct non-GNSS and GNSS/LEO/5G PPP-AR positioning utilizing such corrections, based on synthetic network- and user-measurements generated from an end-to-end fully-configurable simulation platform.
