Request for proposals are invited for Selection of Consultant for Public Relations Services in Reunion Island. 1. The Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority (MTPA) is proceeding with a Request for Proposals and is inviting qualified and eligible Consultants to submit their proposals for Public Relations Services in Reunion Island. 2. Request for Proposal Document may be downloaded from the Public Procurement Portal https://publicprocurement.govmu.org or MTPA Website https://mymauritius.travel with Procurement Reference Number OAB/MTPA/ 2 /2024 3. The closing date for submission of proposals is Friday 29 March 2024 @ 15:45 hrs (Mauritian time) Bidders proposals should be deposited in the MTPA Tender Box located on 5th floor, Victoria House, St. Louis Street, Port- Louis, Republic of Mauritius or dispatched by Express Courier on same address. 4. An on-line pre-bid meeting is scheduled on Monday 11 March 2024 @ 11:00 hrs (Mauritian time). Interested parties must notify their participation in the pre-bid meeting by email: [email protected] by 01 March 2024 at latest, so as to receive the zoom meeting link. 5. Proposals received will be opened in the presence of the Consultants representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Friday 29 March 2024 @ 16:15 hrs (Mauritian Time): MTPA, Level 5, Victoria House, Port Louis. 6. Any addendum to the biding document will be uploaded on the above websites. 7. The MTPA reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the bidding process and reject all proposals at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
