There is likely asbestos present in the auxiliary sheds and potentially the cladding of the existing Admin block, this will be removed prior to the contractor starting onsite. The Contract Works required are: Demolish 2 x auxiliary sheds and carry out a refurbishment & extension to the current administration block.
