Tenders Are Invited For Request For Participation / Renovation Contractor For Vantaa Kiinteistös Glass Facade

The Construction Project Includes The Repair Of The Outer Glazing Of The Glass Facades Of The Administrative Part Of The Bank Of Finlands Vantaa Office (Building Part 1). The Elastic Seams And Glazing Strips Of The Glazing Of The So-Called Raincoat Facade (=Outer Glass And Its Frame Structures) Are Renewed, The Glass Is Removed And Cleaned And Re-Installed. The Bolt Fastenings Of The Raincoat Steel Structures Are Tightened And The Damaged Fasteners Are Replaced With Stainless Steel. The Edge Coverings Are Removed And Reinstalled When Installing The Glasses. The Sheeting Will Be Removed From The Lower Part Of The Raincoat And Replaced With A Grille/Protective Covering That Enables Ventilation And Protection For Small Animals. The Glazing And Ventilation Systems Will Be Removed From The Upper Part, And A Grille Enabling Ventilation And Small Animal Protection Will Be Installed Instead. The Construction Contract Is The Total Price Contract, Including The Construction Work With Materials, Fully Completed In Accordance With The Documents Of The Request For Tender. The Attached Documents Of The Tender Request Are Handed Over To The Companies Selected As Bidders On The Target Screen. Before The Target Display, The Company Must Return The Signed Security Commitment. The Persons Participating In The Target Screening Must Personally Sign A Separate Non-Disclosure Agreement And, In Addition, The Persons Participating In The Target Screening Can Be Given A Basic Personal Security Report. After The Tender, A Separate Security And Confidentiality Agreement Will Be Made With The Winner Of The Tender. All Persons Coming To Work At The Site Will Undergo A Brief Personal Security Clearance, To Which The Persons Must Give Their Personal Consent.
