Consulting/Project Management Services For Enterprise Resource Planning (Erp) . The City Is Inviting Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For The Consulting/Project Management Services For The Erp Project. The Project Is Broken Down Into The Following Phases: 1. Planning And Visioning; 2. Development Of The Project Framework; 3. Assistance Through The Competition Process; And 4. Support Through The Implementation And Post Implementation Phase. Once The First Phase Noted Above Is Completed, Each Further Phase Will Be Subject To Budget Approvals, And To City S Satisfaction With The Selected Proponent S Performance During The Previous Phases. While The Initial List Of The Core Services To Be Integrated Into Erp Has Been Identified By The City, The Final Extent Of The Erp Will Be Defined During The Planning And Development Of The Project Framework Phase. Subsequently, Further Revision To The Scope Of The Consulting Services May Be Required By The City. The City Reserves The Right, At Its Sole Discretion To Engage The Selected Proponent Beyond This Project For Any Expansion Of The Erp Application Beyond The Phases Outlined Above. The City Expects The Selected Consultant To Begin Work After Execution Of The Agreement And Complete The First Two Phases On Or Before July 1, 2024. While The Project Is Approved As Whole, Any Phase Beyond Phase One Will Still Be Subject To Budget Approvals, And To City S Satisfaction With The Selected Proponent S Performance During The Previous Phases.
