The Main Scope Of The Order Includes: Part 1: Providing Investor Supervision Services Over The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of Ul. Fryderyk Chopin In Starachowice. The Order Covers The Provision Of The Service During The Implementation Period And During The Warranty And Warranty Period For Defects And Involves The Coordination, Management, Control, Supervision And Settlement Of Construction Works, Including Possible Additional And Replacement Works. Construction Works Will Be Performed On The Basis Of A Separate Agreement Concluded Between The Ordering Party And The Construction Works Contractor. The Detailed Scope Of Responsibilities Of The Team Of Supervision Inspectors Is Included In The Draft Contract, Which Is An Annex To The Swz. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes: Part 1: Reconstruction Of Sidewalks, Reconstruction Of A Regular Intersection Into A Roundabout, Reconstruction Of Exits, Reconstruction Of The Gas Network, Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System, Expansion Of Street Lighting , Construction Of Parking Spaces. Concerning Part 1: The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Submit, Before Signing The Contract, A Declaration That He Is Not Subject To Any Decision On Exclusion Or Temporary Suspension By The European Investment Bank (Eib). The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Keep Books And Records Of All Financial Transactions And Expenses Related To The Order. It Is Not Required, But It Is Foreseen, That The Contractor May Carry Out An On-Site Visit Before Submitting The Offer. Due To The Fact That The Order Covers Works In A Publicly Accessible Area, The Contractor May Carry Out A Site Visit On His Own. Due To The Nature Of The Activities Covered By The Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Employment Of Persons Participating In The Execution Of The Order Under An Employment Contract. Deadline For The Execution Of The Order - Required: By The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Construction Works And The Submission Of The Settlement Of The Works By The Contractor, I.E.
