1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation, Serving And Ensuring The Consumption Of Hot Meals To Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party Residing In The Targówek District In Warsaw, In The Period From April 1, 2024 To March 31, 2025. 2) The Estimated Number Of Meals During The Term Of The Contract Will Be Approx. . 13,500 Meals, Which Means Approximately 45 Meals A Day. The Ordering Party Informs That Due To The Subject Of The Order, It Is Not Possible To Predict The Exact Daily Number Of Meals, Therefore The Number Of Approximately 45 Meals A Day Is An Estimate. The Ordering Party Anticipates That The Daily Number Of Lunches Will Change Depending On The Needs That The Ordering Party Cannot Predict At The Time Of Order.3) The Contractors Catering Establishment Must Be Located In Area No. 1, Which Includes The Bródno And Bródno Podgrodzie Housing Estates Or The Closest Location To These Housing Estates, With Convenient Public Transport From These Housing Estates.4) The Catering Establishment Where Meals Will Be Served Must Be Equipped With An Appropriate Number Of Furniture And Devices That Will Enable The Consumption Of Meals By At Least 20 People At The Same Time, Meeting The Requirements Specified In Food Safety Regulations And Nutrition, Located Close To Public Transport Stops, Without Architectural Barriers, Equipped With Catering Equipment Necessary To Complete The Order And A Toilet For Customers.
