Zomba City Council shall hold a pre-bid meeting on 13th March 2024 at 09:30 a.m local time at the Civic Office, Zomba City Council. Completed bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the description of works and Consultancy Services, and their reference numbers should be delivered and deposited at the address below (7b) before 10:00 hours local time. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who chose to attend at the address below (7c) at 10:00 hours local time on Monday 25th March, 2024.
