Tenders are invited for Consultancy for Cashew Nut Project Development SCOPE OF WORK Taking the above into consideration, the project design will address challenges and opportunities to add more value to local products in the Cambodian cashew sector, with a focus on processors, which can then link to global markets. At the same time the project design will support the integration cashew farmers (women in supply chains and farmers from indigenous communities living near protected forests) and processors contributing to local market development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Desk research and Data analysis on the Cambodian Cashew Nut Sector Stakeholder mapping in the cashew nut value chain Interview/consult stakeholders including Private Sector, Donors, Exporters, Govt, Association, NGO, INGO, DFIs in the Cashew Nut Sector which can be facilitated by Oxfam Team. After stakeholder meeting develop Theory of Change (TOC) with outcome, output, activities and a log frame and present draft (draft 1) to Oxfam for input. Integrate key problem statement and policy challenges for the sector into the TOC. Integrate enabling environment related challenges into the TOC. Finalize Outcome, Output, Activity, and Log frame Indicators in consultation with Oxfam in Cambodia Submit for comment the first draft of proposal including log frame and indicators for input from Oxfam and Stakeholders Final Full proposal development and delivery with template provided by Oxfam in Cambodia.
