Outcome sought: Reduce the number of toilet pans in Block A and refurbish the remaining toilets into self-contained toilets with new fitout. Open up the surplus toilets into the existing cloakbays and refurbish them. Create new sliding door openings between the classrooms. For work to happen during term time, allow for contractor-provided fencing and site facilities required for operation. The Contractor will be engaged through a Medium Works Contract (Construction contracts for professional services and works).
