Purpose Of Procurementpursuant To The State Purchasing Act (Official Code Of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 Et Seq.), The Board Of Regents Of The University System Of Georgia By And On Behalf Of Kennesaw State University Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Suppliers/Contractors Who Will Provide Hvacr Annual Preventative Maintenance Services To Kennesaw State University (Hereinafter, ¿Ksu¿ Or ¿The State Entity¿) As Further Described In This Erfp. Objectivethe Objective Of This Request For Proposals Is To Enter Into A Contract(S) With A Qualified Mechanical Contractor Who Will Perform Repairs, Replacements, Installation, And Preventive Maintenance On The Following Mechanical Systems And Equipment For The University, Including But Not Limited To; Hvacr (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, And Refrigeration) Systems, Chilled Water Systems, Heating Water Systems, And Controls/Automation Systems. The Contractors Proposed Hourly Rates And Percentage Markups Will Cover The Entire Period Of The Resultant Contract For An Initial Term Of One-Year, And Four, One-Year Optional Renewal Periods.Overview Of The Erfp Processall Timely Proposals Will Be Evaluated In Accordance With The Steps Described In Attachment F_Erfp+Evaluation+Negotiation+And+Award+Terms, Section, ¿Proposal Evaluation, Negotiations And Award (Erfps), 1.
