The Gca Is Currently Seeking A Quote From Qualified Vendors For General Contractor Services To Renovate The 2Nd Floor Of 3036 Danforth Ave. The Scope Includes The Main Floor Programming Area (Approx. 4,300 Sq Feet) And Will Involve Minor Interior Demolition Of Some Partition Walls To Repurpose The Space Into Classrooms Suitable For Programming Needs For Children And Adults With Autism Spectrum Disorder. Scope Also Includes Removing And Replacing The Flooring, Updating/Adding Client Washrooms, Adding A Kitchenette, And Painting. Project Manager Must Be Included In The Scope Of Work And Be Onsite Regularly And Be The Point Of Contact.The Gca Is Currently Working With A Designer Who Will Facilitate Required Permits.The Procurement Contact Will Provide Floor Plans And Designs During The Prebid Meeting As Well As The Bid Document Template.The Construction Must Commence No Earlier Than April 1St, 2024 And Must Be Completed By June 30Th, 2024.
