Construction-Site Supervision Services – Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction And Assembly Works At A Site: Main Repair Of Streets, Sidewalks And Reconstruction Of Their Adjacent Water And Sanitation Infrastructure, Located In The City Of Pomorie. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Selection Of A Contractor To Carry Out Construction Supervision In Connection With The Implementation Of A Site: Major Repair Of Streets, Sidewalks And Reconstruction Of Their Adjacent Plumbing Infrastructure, Located In The City Of Pomories Water And Sewerage Center. With The Implementation Of The Activities Under Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Zut, The Implementation Of The Construction And Assembly Works For The Major Repair Of Streets, Sidewalks And The Reconstruction Of Their Adjacent Water And Sanitation Infrastructure, Located In The Pomorie Township, Will Be Ensured. The Contractor Is Responsible For His Activities And Obligations As A Participant In The Investment Process, Regulated In Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Zut, As Well As For Those Resulting From Art. 178 Of The Zut, As Well As Other Applicable Provisions Of The Current Legislation. The Construction Supervision Is Carried Out Within The Mandatory Scope In Accordance With The Requirements Of Zut, The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-1 Of 05.02 .2015 On The Terms And Conditions For Placing Construction Products In The Constructions Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And All Legal And By-Laws In The Field Of Construction In The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Tasks And Activities Under This Public Procurement Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification, Annex To The Instructions For Participation. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Activities Assigned To Him In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut) And The By-Laws On Its Implementation.
