The Contract Work Mainly Includes: • Detailed Design, • Remodeling Of The Main Building • Remodeling Of Parts Of The Barracks • Demolition Of 5 Modules On The Barracks Rig • Replacement Of Technical Facilities • Delivery And Installation Of Fixed Fixtures • Preparation Of The Outdoor Area • Trial Operation Of Technical Facilities Figgjoelva Kindergarten Will Have 3 Departments With Associated Rooms And Administration. The Nursery Comprises Two Buildings (Building B + Half Barracks Of The Old Figgjo School) On One Floor And Remodeling Of The Existing Barracks. The Floor Area For The Nursery Building Is Approx. 460 M2 And Area For Outdoor Sleeping Is Approx. 81 M2. The Project Must Be Carried Out As A Developer-Developed Turnkey Contract In Accordance With To Ns 8407, With Sketch/Preliminary Project Carried Out By Ark, Lark, Ribr, Rie. Start-Up Of The Project Is Planned For April 2024. The Contractor Must Have The Capacity To Complete The Object Of The Contract By 30 December 2024 At The Latest. The Assignment Is Described In More Detail In Part Ii Of The Contract Basis With Annexes.
