1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled Modernization Of The Swimming Pool At The Secondary School No. 2 At Ul. Kosynierów Kościuszkowskich 6 In Toruń. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Reconstruction Of A Facility With An Area Of Usable Area Of ​​Approx. 1,433 M², The Facility Is One-Story, With A Basement, Consisting Of Two Main Volumes. The Swimming Pool Hall Is Located In The Main Building. Adjacent To The Hall From The West And North-West Is A Lower Structure With Rooms For 4 Swimming Pool Changing Rooms, The Main Hall And Swimming Pool Facilities. Dimensions Of The Pool Basin Mirror: 13.4 X 25 M. The Facility Will Be Completely Rebuilt In Terms Of Floors, Walls, Ceilings, Waterproof Insulation, And Sanitary And Electrical Installations Will Be Replaced, Including Pool Water Technology. The Facility Will Be Equipped With The Necessary Equipment. 3. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Scope Of Work: 1) General Construction Works: Demolition, Foundations For Technological Equipment, Expansion Channel, External Stairs On The Ground, Lintels, Brickwork, Partition Walls, Renovation Of The Swimming Pool Basin, Finishing Works Of Walls And Ceilings, Subfloors For Ground And Floor, Replacement Of Windows And Doors, Structure For Photovoltaic Panels, Roof Covering With Felt, Ramp For Disabled People And Equipment, 2) Internal Electrical, Photovoltaic (10.4 Kwp), Lightning Protection And Low-Current Installations, 3) Internal Sanitary Installations: Water And Sewage, Central Heating, Mechanical Ventilation, Expansion Of The Node And Technological Heat, 4) Installation Of Swimming Pool Water Technology With Control And Automation. 4. Equivalent Solutions 1) Wherever The Subject Of The Order Is Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process Or Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Offer Materials Or Equivalent Solutions In Relation To Those Described In The Documentation, Provided That They Do Not Lower The Standards Specified In The Documentation, Have The Required Appropriate Approvals, Certificates Or Approvals And Ensure The Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Expectations And Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Tor. Indicating Exemplary Trademarks Of Patents Or Origin, Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems In The Technical Documentation Is Intended To Clarify The Ordering Partys Expectations In Relation To The Subject Of The Order And Constitutes Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, Submitting Appropriate Documents Confirming The Use Of Equivalent Solutions. If The Contractor Does Not Submit Documents Regarding The Use Of Other Equivalent Materials Or Devices Or Solutions In The Offer, It Is Understood That The Materials And Devices Proposed In The Technical Documentation Were Included In The Calculation Of The Offer Price And Execution Of The Subject Of The Order; Therefore, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Materials Or Devices Or Solutions Proposed In The Technical Documentation To Perform The Order. 2) If The Contractor Proposes Equivalent Solutions, Including Materials, Devices And Other Elements, He Is Obliged To Prepare And Attach To The Offer A List Of All Proposed Equivalent Solutions (E.G. Materials, Devices And Other Equivalent Elements) And Demonstrate Their Equivalence In Relation To Solutions (E.G. Material, Device And Other Element) Described In The Technical Documentation, Indicating The Name, Page And Item In The Technical Documentation To Which It Applies. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party.
