The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Implementation Of The Order Entitled: Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Municipal Kindergarten Building In Iwonicz With Additional Classrooms, A Nursery And A Kitchen. The Investment Concerns The Reconstruction, Expansion And Superstructure Of The Existing Kindergarten Building Along With The Construction Of An Internal Building. Installations (Water And Sewage, Central Heating, Electricity, Gas, Mechanical Ventilation And Air Conditioning, Internal Hydrants) In Iwonicz, Commune. Iwonicz Zdrój, On Plots No. 180703_5.0001.5353; 180703_5.0001.5352/3; 180703_5.0001.5349. Due To Its Function, The Building Is Divided Into The Following Parts: A) Eastern Part - Nursery: - Ground Floor: Rooms For Children Of Nursery Age, Cloakroom For Children, Three Rooms For 64 Children Of Nursery Age, Sanitary Facilities Next To The Childrens Rooms, Public Toilet And Technical Room - Boiler Room - Unused Attic: Entrance To The Attic From The Western Part B) Western Part - Kindergarten: - Basement: Room Utility And Technical - Ground Floor: Rooms For Preschool Children, Cloakroom For Children, Public Toilet, Room. Office Space, Cloakroom And Employee Toilet, Multifunctional Room For 108 People For Organizing Celebrations For Children And Parents, Dining Room, Kitchen Facilities Serving The Dining Room And Nursery Rooms, Room Cleaning Rooms, Staircase And Elevator Leading To The 1St Floor - 1St Floor: Rooms For The Care Of Preschool Children, Four Rooms For 96 Preschool Children, Sanitary Facilities Next To Each Childrens Room, Public Toilet, Room. Office, Room Room, Staircase And Elevator Leading To The Ground Floor - Unusable Attic: Entrance To The Attic Through An Internal Staircase. The Development Of The Plot Includes, In Addition To The Location Of The Newly Designed Facility (Designed Extension), The Implementation Of Internal Circulation Along With The Infrastructure For Hardening The Surface Of The Plot - Sidewalks, Square In Front Of The Entrance, Elevator For Disabled People And A Playground. The Expansion Involves The Extension Of The Existing Kindergarten Building With A Three-Story Part On The Western Side Along With Internal Installations. The Reconstruction Involves The Reconstruction Of The Ground Floor Of The Existing Building In Order To Create Rooms For The Care Of Children Of Nursery Age (The Scope Includes The Construction Of A New Ceiling , Partition Walls, Openings In Load-Bearing Walls For The Installation Of Joinery, Floors, Wall Coverings, Replacement Of Joinery And Internal Installations) And The Reconstruction Of The Attic Floor (The Scope Includes The Construction Of A New Roof Structure And The Execution Of Internal Installations). The Superstructure Consists Of The Construction Of A New Multi-Slope Roof Structure ( Wooden Rafter-Purlin Roof Structure), Raising The Ridge Compared To The Existing One, Reconstruction Of External Walls (Knee Walls) And Execution Of Internal Installations. In Addition, The Following Should Be Carried Out: • Reconstruction Of The Sanitary Sewage Network, • Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Connection, • Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network, • Construction Of A Water Supply Connection, • Reconstruction Of The Gas Connection, • Reconstruction Of The Electricity Network With An Earth Cable, • Liquidation Of The Water Supply Connection And Wells, And Sanitary Sewage Connection, • Construction Of A Playground, • Demolition Of The Existing Playground (Elements For Demolition In The Attachment). Note! Additional Requirements That Should Be Included In The Offer Price: - After Manual Loading Of The Existing Playground Equipment Into Means Of Transport, The Dismantled Equipment Should Be Transported To The Zgk Area In Iwonicz-Zdrój And Unloaded Manually, - Paving Stones, Sidewalk Edges And Curbs Should Be Dismantled Manually And After Cleaning, Placed On Pallets, And After Securing, Transported To The Zgk Area In Iwonicz-Zdrój And Placed In A Designated Place, - Paving Stones, Palisade Of The Main Entrance To The Building Along With With A Ramp For Disabled People And The Entrance To The Back Office Should Be Dismantled Manually And After Cleaning, Assembled On Pallets, And After Securing, Transported To The Zgk Premises In Iwonicz-Zdrój And Assembled In A Designated Place, - The Dismantled Monitoring System Device Along With Cameras And The Intercom System Should Be Handed Over To The Ordering Party At Its Headquarters, - The Dismantled Wooden Elements Of The Main Entrance Roof Should Be Transported To The Premises Of The Zgk In Iwonicz-Zdrój, Taking Into Account Manual Loading And Unloading, - The Dismantled Aluminum Showcase With The Door (Main Entrance Development) Should Be Transported To The Premises Of The Zgk In Iwonicz-Zdrój After Securing ,- The Existing Tin Farm Building Is Left To Be Used For The Duration Of Construction By The Bidder, Who Will Then Demolish And Dispose Of It After The Works Are Completed, - The Pavement Surface And The Access Road Are Made Of Concrete Paving Stones, After The Completion Of The Works The Bidder Will Be Obliged To Improve (Relocate) And Replace Damaged Elements. The Above Demolition/Disassembly Works Should Be Performed In A Way That Ensures The Materials And Devices Can Be Reassembled. Note! The Contractor Provides Full Surveying Services At His Own Expense. Note! In The Bill Of Quantities For Construction Works, The Item Should Be Deleted. 580 And 581 (Cutting Down Trees With A Chainsaw) And Item 584 (Removal Of Logs Over A Distance Of 5 Km) - Should Not Be Included In The Offer Price. The Detailed Scope Of Work Covering The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 9 - Technical Documentation (Entire Order) - An Annex To Be Downloaded From The Website Of The Conducted Procedure (Annex Divided Into 4 Parts). Note! If Standards, Technical Approvals, Proper Names, Tools, Materials, Etc. Are Used In The Tender Documentation (Swz With Annexes), They Should Be Treated As Examples Aimed At Specifying The Subject Of The Order And Defining The Technical And Quality Standard - The Ordering Party Allows Equivalence. Tools And Materials For The Execution Of The Order Should Be Of A Quality Category Not Lower (Equivalent) Than That Indicated In The Swz And Its Annexes. The Products Used Should Comply With Applicable Law. A Contractor Who Refers To An Equivalent Solution Described By The Ordering Party In The Tender Documentation Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Equivalent Product Offered By Him Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The List Of Equivalent Products Together With Evidence Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Equivalence Features Of The Offered Products Is Submitted By The Contractor With The Offer. If The Contractor Does Not Submit A Declaration On The Use Of Equivalent Products In The Offer (By Submitting A List Of Equivalent Products And Confirming Evidence), It Is Understood That The Products Proposed In The Tender Documentation Are Included In The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. The Warranty Period Granted By The Contractor Must Be At Least 60 Months . A Warranty Period Is Established Equal To The Period Of The Quality Guarantee Granted. The Contractor Provides Warranty And Periodic Inspections At His Own Expense In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract.
