The Order Includes In Particular The Execution Of The Following Stages: Stage I - Development Of Design Documentation For The Objects Subject To Post-Merger Works And Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements And Permits To Carry Out The Works. Stage Ii - Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Construction Of Roads, Reconstruction Of Culverts And Improvement Of Technical Parameters Of Drainage Ditches In Accordance With The Assumptions Of The Developed Design Documentation And The Functional And Utility Program. As Part Of The First Stage, All Studies That May Be Necessary For The Design, Construction And Use Of The Facilities Included In The Subject Of The Order. In Particular, The Following Designs And Documents Should Be Developed (If The Need For Their Implementation Results From Applicable Legal Provisions): 1) Situational And Elevation Maps For Design Purposes, 2) Geotechnical Conditions For The Foundation Of Buildings, 3) Design Materials For Obtaining Opinions, Arrangements And Permits Required By Special Regulations, 4) Obtaining Opinions, Arrangements And Permits Required By Special Regulations On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, 5) Construction Design With All Elements, 6) Obtaining Consents And Permits To Carry Out Construction Works On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, 7) Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Corresponding To The Solutions Of The Construction Design, 8) Bills Of Quantities, 9) As-Built Documentation, 10) As-Built Maps, As-Built Geodetic Inventory, 11) Obtaining Consents And Permits For The Use Of Constructed Buildings On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. As Part Of The Second Stage Construction Of Roads With A Surface Made Of Crushed Aggregate With A Length Of Approx. 3.669 Km, Construction Of 2 Exits To District Roads And Reconstruction Of One Culvert, And Drainage Works Consist In Improving The Technical Parameters Of Drainage Ditches (Removing Bushes And Grubbing Up An Area Of ​​0.25 Ha And Restoring Ditches - Scarping And Desilting Over A Length Of 6,446 Km), In Addition, 5 Culverts Will Be Rebuilt.
