The Scope Of The Order Includes Works Related To The Ongoing Cleanliness And Order Of The Pier, Repair And Maintenance Of Pier Equipment Elements In The Summer Season And Off-Season In The Period April 2024 - May 2025, In Particular: 2.1 Current Maintenance Of The Pier, I.E.: 1 ) Removing Dirt And Waste Left On The Pier And Sweeping The Deck - In The Summer Period, I.E. From May 1, 2024. Until September 30, 2024 - Every Day Until 8.00 A.M., 2) Removing Dirt And Waste Left On The Pier And Sweeping The Deck Outside The Season, I.E. From The Date Of Signing The Contract To April 30, 2024 And From October 1, 2024 Until The End Of The Contract Period - Sweeping, At Least Once A Week Until 8.00 Am. 3) During Winter Conditions - Manual Snow Removal And Sprinkling Of Sand Along The Entire Length Of The Pier, A Strip Approximately 3 Meters Wide In The Central Part Of The Deck, With Persistent Snow Cover On The Deck; 4) Carrying Out The Above Without Undue Delay. Activities At The Request Of The Ordering Party In Situations Where There Is Such A Need, About Which The Ordering Party Will Notify The Contractor By E-Mail Or Telephone. 5) Removing Bird And Animal Contamination From The Deck And Washing Off The Balustrades - On An Ongoing Basis. 6) Removing Dirt From Lamp Poles, 7) Washing Benches, 8) Securing The Places Of Possible Consequences Of The Piers Devastation (Hanging Warning Tape, Nailing Temporary Boards); 9) Removing Graffiti From The Handrails, Pier Deck And Benches As Well As Piles Placed On The Beach; 10) Maintenance Of The Board With The Regulations For Using The Facility, I.E. Removal Of Graffiti, Stickers, Etc., Possible Change Of Its Content In Accordance With The Arrangements With The Ordering Party; 11) Removal Of Remnants Of Events From The Pier Elements (Advertisements, Balloons, Ropes, Tapes, Etc.); 12) Carrying Out Ongoing Inspections Of The Facility And Providing The Ordering Party, Via E-Mail Or Telephone, With Information On The Technical Condition Of The Pier And The Damage To Its Elements (Including: Deck, Balustrades, Benches, Lighting Lamps, Signal Lamp, Board With Pier Regulations, Road Sign Board, Posts For Hanging Lifebuoys, 2 Lifebuoys With Ropes, Rain Inlets, Linear Drainage, Reinforcement Of The Pier Abutment With Gabions); 13) Suspending 2 Pcs. Of Rings With Ropes For The Spring, Summer And Autumn Seasons, And 1 Pc. With A Rope For The Winter Season, Emergency Purchase Of 3 Pcs. Of Rescue Rings And 3 Rescue Ropes During The Order Execution Period In Consultation With The Ordering Party, On Ordering Partys Order; The Cost Of Purchasing Wheels And Ropes Along With Marking The Wheels With The Inscription: Gdynia Or owo Molo Will Be Settled Each Time In The Invoice After The End Of The Month In Which They Were Purchased, Taking Into Account The Prices Given By The Contractor In The Offer - As Needed.14) Storage Of Spare Lifebuoys - Minimum 1 Piece - With Links In The Service Providers Warehouse And Hanging Them After Possible Theft - As Needed.
