The Subject Of The Order Is The Ongoing Maintenance Of Municipal Streams With Associated Earth Reservoirs In The City Of Gliwice And Maintenance Works Of Outlets On The K odnica River And The Bytomka River From The Date Of Signing The Contract Until December 31, 2024. This Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Tasks Arising From The Act On Of July 20, 2017 Water Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1478) And Related To Flood Protection And Management In The City Of Gliwice.2. The Task Includes: A) Ongoing Maintenance And Maintenance Of Municipal Streams: Cienka (Bojkowski), W jtowianka (Doa), Guido, Ligocki, ab dzki, My liwski, Skotnicki, Rokitnicki, Le ny, Ostropka, Koz wka, B) Cleaning Of Grates On Streams: W jtowianka (Doa), Le ny, Ligocki, ab dzki, Ostropka, Skotnicki, My liwski,C) Maintenance Of Outlets On The K odnica River And The Bytomka River,D) Ongoing Maintenance And Maintenance Of Reservoirs: At Ul. Zygmuntowska (Le ny Stream), At The Western Bypass (Ostropka Stream), At The Western Bypass (2 Pieces On The Doa Stream), E) Cleaning All Grates That Are Located At The Outlets From The Storm Sewage System To The Streams That Are The Subject Of The Contract.3. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz And In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
