The Subject Of The Order Includes A Comprehensive Service In The Field Of Forest Fire Protection, Including: 1) Installation Of Monitoring Equipment Owned By The Contractor Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure At 4 Observation Points, I.E.: 2 Observation Points Located In The Tatynia Forestry And My lib rz Forestry, 2 Towers Observation Points Located In The Siedlice Forestry And In The Pienice Forestry. A Detailed Description Of The Required Equipment And The Location And Characteristics Of The Observation Points Are Included In Appendix No. 4.1 To Swz.2) Equipping The Alarm And Disposition Point (Pad) With Computer Equipment Along With The Delivery Of Software And Its Configuration, Described In Detail In Annex No. 4.1 To Swz.3) Servicing Equipment And Removing Faults During The Announced Direct Forest Fire Protection Action. 4) Operation Of The Alarm And Disposition Point (Pad) In The Trzebie Forest District In Accordance With Annex No. 4.2 To Swz. 5) Training In The Operation Of The Monitoring And Detection System For Employees Of The Trzebie Forest District Before Commencing Direct Forest Fire Protection Actions. Detailed Description Of The Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order Was Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 4 To The Swz), Which Consists Of The Technical Specification (Annex No. 4.1 To The Swz) And The Operation Of The Emergency And Dispatch Point (Pad) (Annex No. 4.2 To The Swz). The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve Any Personal Obligation Performance Of Key Tasks By The Contractor Regarding The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor May Entrust The Implementation Of Elements (Parts) Of The Subject Of The Order To Subcontractors. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Included In The Subject Of The Order. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Swz With Annexes.
