Construction Structures And Materials; Auxiliary Products To Construction (Except Electric Apparatus) – Intermisbau Oberschule Friedersdorf. Due To An Urgent Need For School Places, The Short-Term Construction Of A Temporary School Using Container Construction Is Necessary. The Construction Site Is Located In The South-Western Area Of ​​The School Grounds. The Subject Matter Of The Contract Includes All Construction And Other Services (In Particular Costs For The System-Related, Tested Object Statics Including Dimensioning Height Compensation With Special Plastic Foundation Panels On The Gravel Base Layer Provided On Site) That Are Required For The Construction And Making The Usability Of A Temporary Container System For Use As A Temporary School Building With After-School Care Are Required. A Soil Report As A Preliminary Subsoil Investigation Is Available And Can Be Made Available. The Contractor Must Produce The Building (Container System) Described Below On A Turnkey Basis (I.E. Completely Functional, Ready For Operation And On Schedule) And Hand It Over To The Client For Use As A School Building With After-School Care. The Services For The Work And Assembly Planning And Construction Of The Construction Project Are Described In Detail In The Contract Components In Functional Terms According To The Purpose Of The Finished Service As Well As The Technical, Economic, Design And Functional Requirements Placed On The Finished Service (Functional Service Description). The Container System Should Be Set Up In One Section. The Subject Matter Of The Contract Also Includes The Transfer (Rental) Of The Container System For A Period Of 36 Months With The Option Of An Extension Of Up To A Further 12 Months, As Well As The Complete Dismantling Of The System Built By The Contractor After The End Of The Rental Period And Notification Of Release By The Client. The Rental Period Begins When The Container System Is Ready For Use And Officially Accepted. The Contractor Allows The Client To Provide Services For Usability (Including Furnishing, Installation Of Server Technology And Interactive Whiteboards,...) Before The Building Is Put Into Operation. The Client Also Assumes That In Order To Achieve The Aforementioned Deadlines, It Is Necessary That The Work And Assembly Planning As Well As The Production Of The Modules Must Begin Before The Building Permit Has Been Granted. A Draft Construction/Rental Agreement Must Be Enclosed With The Offer. The Client Is Granted The Option To Rent The System.
