The So-Called Manual Workers.16. The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465). The Above Requirement Does Not Apply To The Contractor Or Subcontractor (Including Partners Of Partnerships) Who Will Personally Carry Out The Above-Mentioned Activities On The Basis Of A Sole Proprietorship (Self-Employment). The Ordering Party Leaves It To The Contractor To Determine The Employment Figure. Method Of Verifying The Employment Of The Above-Mentioned Persons And The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Requirements Related To The Employment Of The Above-Mentioned. The Warranty Period For The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order And For The Materials Delivered And Installed By The Contractor Is A Minimum Of 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Or The Date Of Removal Of The Defect/Fault Found During Acceptance. Proposing A Warranty Longer Than 36 Months In The Offer Will Be Additionally Scored In Accordance With The Provisions Of Chapter Xxiii Entitled: Description Of The Offer Evaluation Criteria, Including The Weights Of These Criteria And The Method Of Evaluation Of The Offers. Proposing A Warranty Shorter Than 36 Months In The Offer Will Be Grounds For Rejection Of The Offer.18.
